Sony Xperia X10 gets Eclair on AT&T

Sure everyone is buzzing about new Sony Xperia play, but many people still have the X10. If you are one of that select group and AT&T is your carrier, there is good news. You can now get the Android 2.1 update, better known as Éclair, for your device. The long awaited upgrade brings the Sony Xperia X10 to the modern Android standards. However, Sony Ericsson has already announced that the X10 line will not be officially upgraded beyond Android 2.1. Sony Ericsson UK has even announced that their version of Éclair is better than Andoid 2.2 anyways. There is some hope that SE will continue to tweak the software, just not upgrade to the newest versions of Android. So enjoy extra features of Sony Xperia X10 those of you on AT&T.
